Before making a decision to cancel your insurance policy, we strongly encourage you to get in touch with us. There may be alternative options available that better suit your needs and could help you avoid unnecessary costs.
You can cancel your policy at any time; however, cancellation charges will apply and will vary depending on when the policy is cancelled. Please be aware that any additional products linked to your policy will also be cancelled at the same time, and both our fees and the insurer’s fees are non-refundable.
Please note that cancelling your Direct Debit instruction does not cancel your insurance policy. Your cover will remain active until you contact us to request cancellation.

You can easily upload your documents through the portal - locate the 'upload your documents'. Alternatively, you can email your documents to documents@doddlecover.com please include your registration number in the title of the email and ensure all documents are in PDF format.
You need to contact your last Insurer to request they send you your proof of your no claims bonus, this then needs to be sent to ourselves. Please ensure that this was issued after your last policy expired and must be in PDF format.
To obtain your driving licence summary or check code:
Visit the official government website

Click on "start now" to begin
Enter your details including your driving licence number, National Insurance number, and postcode (that matches the one on your licence).
Follow the prompts to verify your identity
Once verified, you can view your driving licence information and generate a check code
Please provide us with either a PDF copy of your driving licence summary or the check code
